Joseph F. Kessler

Joseph Kessler focuses his practice on regional development, financing, construction, leases and sales of commercial real estate, and general corporate law. He represents national and middle market companies and public authorities in their corporate and real estate requirements. He has represented the country’s largest title insurance underwriters with respect to title insurance law and real estate related litigation.

Representative Experience

• Represented Chicago Title Insurance Company in title insurance/mechanic’s lien claims in western Pennsylvania involving both residential and commercial real estate.
• Represented developer of 313 unit Philadelphia town house development in amendment of loan document and real estate tax appeal.
• Represented National Constitution Center in construction agreements and claims related to constructing the museum located in Independence National Historic Park, Philadelphia, PA.
• Represented the Camden County Improvement Authority in connection with the development of a parking center and student housing project in Camden, NJ.
• Represented developer of Walnut Towers mixed use condominium project involving acquisition, zoning, condominium documents, refinance of bond financing and, development of air rights.
