Full-Time Associate Attorney

Dilworth Paxson LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our highly skilled and collaborative Plaintiff’s Rights Litigation practice in the Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have superior writing ability, research proficiency, experience working with ESI and platforms such as Relativity, preparing and taking depositions, and other related work experience in complex litigation. Class action experience is a plus.

Candidate must be a member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing.

Interest in trust & estate matters and superior writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will also have excellent academic credentials, organizational and analytical skills.
