  • Represented a distressed Pennsylvania city in the successful negotiation and closing of a four-year, multimillion-dollar infrastructure deal involving bond restructuring and political coordination.
  • Serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, or special counsel to numerous Pennsylvania municipalities and authorities in tax-exempt bond transactions, including general obligation and revenue bonds.
  • Advises municipalities and authorities on the sale or lease of water and wastewater systems, including representation in PennVEST financings and appearances before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
