Four Dilworth Paxson Attorneys Elected to Equity Partner

Firm expands partnership with attorneys in public finance, litigation, health care, and tax & benefits law

Philadelphia, PA (February 10, 2026) — Dilworth Paxson LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Elizabeth Preate Havey, Benjamin Spang, Christina Strong, and Stephanie Searles Vogel have been elevated to equity partners.

Based in Philadelphia, Havey is a transactional attorney specializing in public and project finance matters involving tax-exempt and taxable bond issues for issuers ranging from municipalities, authorities, school districts, private universities, and hospitals. She also counsels municipalities through the sale or lease of municipal assets such as water/sewer systems. She represents corporations and non-profit organizations in corporate governance matters, employment agreements, service agreements, and general corporate and securities transactions.

Based in Cherry Hill, N.J., Ben Spang focuses his practice in the areas of construction, commercial and financial services litigation.  He has significant experience handling a wide range of construction matters including design errors, construction defects, delay claims, lien enforcement and defense, as well as insurance coverage litigation.  He has represented national and community banks in complex litigation to include disputes under the UCC, EFTA and Reg E.  He is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who has served as lead counsel on multiple jury and bench trials as well as private arbitrations.

Based in Princeton, N.J., Strong focuses her practice on health care law and the general corporate representation of non-profits. Much of her practice is devoted to the representation of organ and tissue donation entities around the laws and policies surrounding organ and tissue donation, transplant, research and education.  In addition, she represents clients in issues of non-profit corporate governance, Bioethics, HIPAA and privacy, Fraud and Abuse, and Human Subjects Research. She also serves as counsel to numerous trade and professional organizations engaged in health and biosciences. She has served as adjunct professor in Health Law at Rutgers Law School I Newark.

Based in Philadelphia, Vogel is a partner in the Tax and Employee Benefits Departments. She represents individuals in the U.S. and abroad, businesses, municipalities, and tax-exempt entities in a wide range of tax areas, including compliance, tax planning and tax controversy, and non-profit entity formation, termination, and governance issues. She regularly advises her private, public, tax-exempt and municipal clients on various employee benefits matters, ERISA compliance issues, retirement and welfare planning, and executive compensation structuring. She regularly works with the corporate department on M&A matters as well.
