Dilworth Paxson Partner, Elizabeth Preate Havey appointed as Co-Chair to Pennsylvania Attorney General Sunday’s Transition team.
Dilworth Paxson Partner, Elizabeth Preate Havey was appointed as Co-Chair of Pennsylvania Attorney General-Elect Dave Sunday’s Transition team.
The committee will handle advising Attorney General-Elect Dave Sunday as he prepares to take office in January 2025.
Since 2018, Dave Sunday has served as District Attorney for York County handling drug and other major crime cases and leading an office of prosecutors and detectives who together investigate and prosecute approximately 9,000 criminal cases annually. He is a Navy Veteran and a dynamic leader who put himself through college and law school while working full-time at UPS. Sunday will bring his successful approach of accountability and redemption to the office of Attorney General succeeding Acting Attorney General, Michelle Henry.
Liz Preate Havey is a partner at Dilworth Paxson LLP where she focuses on public and project finance, the sale of municipal assets, and corporate matters. She is General Counsel to the National Constitution Center and a member of the board of the PA Convention Center Authority and the Mid-Penn Bank Advisory Board. She serves as the Secretary of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania and is the immediate past president of the Pennsylvania Society.
