Dilworth Paxson Elevates Four Associates to Partnership

Yonit Caplow focuses her practice on all aspects of business litigation, including bankruptcy and reorganization.  She has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings, and a broad array of clients in federal and state court, and in arbitration.  Prior to joining Dilworth, Yonit served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.

Yonit is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A., 2004) and Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, 2012) where she was associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review.

Sarah Gremminger focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Special Needs Trusts, Post-Litigation Planning, Guardianships, and Orphans’ Court matters.

Sarah is a graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University (B.A., 2009) and Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 2013), where she was a Monrad Paulsen Scholar.

Claire Ghormoz represents and counsels clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. Claire’s practice emphasizes employment counseling, providing clients with day-to day employment advice on issues like employee performance and discipline management, as well as guidance on employee leaves of absence and requests for accommodations. She also works closely with clients to proactively build and implement compliant employment policies that practically align with an employer’s business needs.  Claire also performs internal investigations regarding employee complaints related to harassment and discrimination. In addition to her counseling practice, Claire regularly represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation, primarily in the defense of claims of employment discrimination, workplace harassment and retaliation, and wage and hour claims.

Claire is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University (B.A., cum laude, 2011) and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2015), where she was a staff member on the Temple Law Review.

Silvio Trentalange represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex and commercial civil litigations. Silvio provides clients strategic guidance from pre-litigation investigation through trial and appeal. He has argued discovery and dispositive motions before federal and state courts, and led briefing projects on novel legal issues before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.

Silvio is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, (B.A, 2008) and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2015), where he received the Best Paper Award for Legal Research and Writing I, Complex Civil Litigation, Access to Civil Justice.
