Overview
Yonit Caplow focuses her practice on all aspects of business litigation, including bankruptcy and reorganization. She has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy court proceedings, and a broad array of clients in federal and state court, and in arbitration. Prior to joining Dilworth, Yonit served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.
Yonit is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A., 2004) and Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, 2012) where she was associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
