Overview

Jenna Coyle (nee Farr) is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients in diverse areas, including complex commercial disputes, labor and employment litigation, and tort and breach of contract matters. Before joining Dilworth Paxson, Jenna was an associate at a global law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and to the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden Vicinage. 

While attending Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Jenna was a member of the Mock Trial team, served as a teaching fellow in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program, and completed a legal internship for the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Trial Division.

  • Researched and analyzed complex issues related to insurance policy language and interpretation
  • Drafted coverage analyses, pleadings, pre-trial and dispositive motions, and non-disclosure agreements
  • Oversaw comprehensive discovery and attended oral argument and numerous depositions
  • Solely managed pro bono matters, including a case with the Support Center for Child Advocates, a revocation of parole case in New Jersey, and name change proceedings for local transgender individuals
