Dilworth Paxson’s practice has included the representation of insurers throughout the United States in state and federal courts, and in the London Court of International Arbitration. Our experience includes a wide variety of general liability, life-sciences, directors & officers, individual life insurance and errors & omissions claims. The specific matters in which our attorneys are or have been counsel include coverage claims for the National Football League Class Action concussion settlement; coverage claims for mass tort product liability claims involving Vioxx;® OxyContin;® Fosamax;® vaccines and related preservatives; artificial flavorings; and breast implants; and coverage claims for numerous environmental and asbestos disputes.
