Five Dilworth Attorneys Ranked In Chambers USA 2016

Lawrence McMichael once again received special recognition as a Star Individual for his work with debtors in bankruptcy proceedings. He was described in the rankings as a “superstar.” Larry continues to have an outstanding reputation for his bankruptcy litigation work, both at state and federal level. He is one of only a handful of attorneys in the U.S. to be a Fellow of both the American College of Bankruptcy and the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Anne Marie Aaronson’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and reorganization as well as out-of-court workouts and providing true sale and non-consolidation opinions to clients. Anne has an active practice in corporate workouts and regularly advises clients in the transportation and energy sectors. Commentators are keen to highlight her effectiveness in the courtroom. She also represents for-profit and not-for-profit Chapter 11 debtors. Additionally, Anne represents Chapter 7 trustees in various bankruptcy cases. Her experience also includes representing secured and unsecured creditors and creditor committees in large and midsize bankruptcy cases.

Anne Marie P. Kelley is “well regarded” by her peers. She concentrates her practice on representing trade creditors on Chapter 11 bankruptcies as well as the litigation of delinquent commercial loans. She has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings across the U.S. and Canada.
