She is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients in diverse areas, including complex commercial disputes, labor and employment litigation, and tort and breach of contract matters. Drawing on her experience clerking in both federal and state courts, Jenna provides clients with insight into judicial preferences, procedural nuances, and effective litigation strategies. She approaches each matter with diligence and foresight, helping individuals, businesses, and public entities understand their positions and pursue practical, results-oriented outcomes.
Before joining Dilworth Paxson, Jenna was an associate at a global law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and to the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden Vicinage. Clients turn to Jenna when they are facing moments of crisis or opportunity, whether responding to litigation threats, launching a new business, or untangling complex contractual obligations. She brings calm, organization, and perspective to each engagement. Known for her organization, judgment, and clear communication, she ensures clients stay informed and confident throughout every phase of their matter. Colleagues also rely on her deep knowledge of local court procedures and her ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
Jenna’s approach to practice combines technical precision with a strong understanding of client dynamics. She listens carefully to identify what is most important to her clients, whether it be risk management, reputation, or business continuity, and tailors her strategy accordingly. When disputes do arise, Jenna’s ability to communicate clearly, analyze issues deeply, and connect personally with clients allows her to guide them toward effective resolution. She finds particular fulfillment in helping professionals and small business owners such as healthcare providers and entrepreneurs launch, grow, and safeguard their ventures from the ground up.
