Linda Dale Hoffa to Present at Temple Masters of Litigation CLE

Dilworth partner Linda Dale Hoffa will speak on a Sentencing Advocacy panel at the fifth annual Masters of Litigation CLE at Temple University on Friday, November 12. Held via Zoom, the event is presented by the Beasley School of Law and the American College of Trial Lawyers and will run from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

This 4 hour CLE, with one ethics credit and three substantive credits, will teach advanced advocacy skills. Skills covered will include sentencing advocacy, ethical problems and responses, the art of cross-examination, and “brain lessons,” a discussion of advocacy and persuasion lessons from the world of cognitive psychology.
