DP Chairman Larry McMichael Joins the Co-Hosts of Executive Leaders Radio

DP Chairman Larry McMichael joined the co-hosts of Executive Leaders Radio, Herb Cohen and Jeffrey E. Mack, to share more about his background and the lessons he’s learned throughout his career.

Along with McMichael, Executive Leaders Radio co-hosts interviewed Regina Hairston, President, and CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce; Suchit Bachalli, CEO of Unilog Content Solutions; and Reynold P. Cicalese, Managing Partner of Alloy Silverstein.

McMichael’s interview starts 41 minutes and 30 seconds into the show, where he shares more about the women who raised him and his siblings, where he got his start as a leader, the value of teamwork, and the people who have shaped him into the person he is today.

Of the many lessons that listeners can take away from this episode, one of McMichael’s best pieces of advice is, “If you can’t do something, break it into pieces and start with a little bit at a time. Keep doing that well, and once you get good at that, build from there.”
