Dilworth Paxson’s Linda Dale Hoffa to Instruct Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE Course on November 7
Linda Dale Hoffa, a Dilworth Partner and Chair of the White Collar/Government Investigations Practice Group, will be instructing a Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE course, along with other legal professionals, on “Whistleblowers: The Challenges, Risks, Rewards, and Protections”, from 9:00 am – 1:15 pm on Tuesday, November 7.
Whistleblower litigation is emerging as a rapidly growing area of the law, with new developments almost on a daily basis. Explore the legal, practical, and ethical issues that arise when a whistleblower discovers illegal and otherwise improper practices in the workplace.
The course will be held at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building, 10th Floor, Suite 1010 (Juniper Street Entrance) Philadelphia, PA. There is a live webcast and streaming option and it will also be simulcast to eleven other Pennsylvania locations that are listed on the registration site.
