Dilworth Partner Linda Dale Hoffa to be a Presenter at Second Annual “Masters of Litigation” CLE program on November 2

Dilworth Paxson’s Linda Dale Hoffa will be a presenter at the “Masters of Litigation” CLE program on Friday, November 2 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. This second annual seminar program is jointly presented by Temple University Beasley School of Law and the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Linda, along with Catherine Henry, a Senior Litigator with the Federal Community Defender Office, will be presenting a session titled “American College of Trail Lawyers, Effective Use of Technology in the Courtroom.”

The session will cover the effective uses of technology at trial, uses of technology at different stages of the trial (e.g., opening, direct, cross, closings) and in various types of trials (e.g., complex document cases (civil/criminal), less complex trials).

The full program will run from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM and will be held at Temple’s Beasley School of Law (Klein Hall 2B), 1719 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. This program offers a total of four Pennsylvania CLE credits – three substantive, one ethics (ethics interwoven across four hours).
