Dilworth Adds Corporate & Estate Attorney Andrea Metz

Dilworth Paxson LLP announced today the addition of Andrea N. Metz to the firms’ Philadelphia office as an Associate in the Corporate and Business and Real Estate practice areas.

Andrea focuses her practice on corporate and financial transactions, with an emphasis on private equity fund formation. Her experience includes debt finance and capital markets transactions. Moreover, Andrea is an active participant in pro bono, including legal clinics and representations of nonprofit organizations. She is also proficient in French.

Prior to joining Dilworth, Andrea was an Associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
