Caitlin Harney Norcia

Overview

Caitlin focuses her practice on municipal law, litigation, zoning and land use, corporate law, and real estate. Ms. Harney has extensive experience assisting public entities with general legal counsel on various matters such as public meetings, procurement issues, contract negotiations, property acquisition, public records, and land use issues. Caitlin also has litigation experience involving prerogative writ actions challenging the validity of municipal actions, public procurement challenges, public records lawsuits, quiet title and deed challenges, and various other defense and commercial litigation matters.

Caitlin serves as the Township Attorney for Howell Township and for Bordentown Township Fire District.

Caitlin is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law. Caitlin is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
