Bankruptcy Associate – Philadelphia, PA

Description:
The associate will join Dilworth’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, which is part of the firm’s broader Litigation Group. Our practice is diverse and sophisticated, representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings as well as out-of-court workouts. Attorneys in the Philadelphia office routinely practice across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and work on matters spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights
- Strong academic credentials
- Demonstrated litigation experience (federal and state court experience strongly preferred)
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware
- Delaware bar admission is a plus, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills along with proficiency in Relativity.
- Candidate must be a member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing.
- JD from an accredited law school
