Sarah Gremminger focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Special Needs Trusts, Post-Litigation Planning, Guardianships, and Orphans’ Court matters. 

Prior to joining Dilworth, Sarah served as law clerk to the Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello, Administrative Judge of the Orphans’ Court Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Sarah’s previous experience also includes working in the professional liability group of a national law firm in Manhattan. 

She received her B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University and  J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Monrad Paulsen Scholar.
