Dilworth Partner and President Judge of the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline Hon. James Eisenhower will speak at a CLE on Judicial Ethics and Discipline on October 26.
Hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association, the CLE will cover the history, development, and function of Pennsylvania’s Judicial Conduct Board and the Court of Judicial Discipline. Panelists will review the Court’s history, explain the composition of the Court and its governing laws, and examine its present function.
