Webinar: Judicial Ethics 2022
In collaboration with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Dilworth Partner and President Judge of the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline Hon. James Eisenhower will speak at a live webinar on Wednesday, December 7.
The CLE will cover the history, development, and function of Pennsylvania’s Judicial Conduct Board and the Court of Judicial Discipline. Panelists will explore the long history of judicial discipline in Pennsylvania, the catalyzing events of judicial indiscretion which led to the establishment of this Court in 1993, the constitutional amendment and the legislative provisions which shaped and formed the Court. After describing the Court’s past, panelists will examine its present function.
