Stephen Harmelin, Integral Part in The Truce Over Bill of Rights

On behalf of the National Constitution Center, Co-Chairman of Dilworth Paxson, Stephen Harmelin was an integral part in reaching a truce with the New York Public Library and the state of NY regarding a lost copy of the Pennsylvania Bill of Rights. As a result of the efforts of Mr. Harmelin and numerous attorneys and political figures, New York and Pennsylvania have agreed to share the document.
