Dilworth partner Jennifer Platzkere Snyder will present at a Business Divorce seminar presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on December 1. She is set to lead a section on Protecting Business Assets with Restrictive Covenants co-authored by associate Katherine Enright, and will also participate in the program’s Ethics portion.
