Jennifer Platzkere Snyder, Dilworth Paxson partner in the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, spoke with The Wall Street Journal’s Law Blog about the potential changes to the National Labor Relations Board with the election of Donald Trump. “I expect [the two vacancies] will be filled by Republican, employer-friendly nominees as soon as the President-elect nominates them and their nominations are confirmed by the Senate,” she said.
