Federalist Society to Host Judge Michael Fisher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit at Dilworth Paxson on October 24

On Monday, October 24 the Federalist Society will host Judge Michael Fisher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit at Dilworth Paxson’s office at 1500 Market Street, Suite3500E. Before becoming a Third Circuit judge in 2003, he served as Pennsylvania’s attorney general and was the Republican nominee for governor of Pennsylvania in 2002. Judge Fisher will discuss the recent Third Circuit decisions on Second Amendment rights, and the dynamics of the court as it sits en banc.

A brief reception will be held at 5:00 pm with the program beginning at 5:30 pm. Tickets are $10 for Federalist Society members and $20 for non-members. Prices will be $5 higher at the door. One hour of CLE credit will be offered.
