DP Partner Georgette Miller Interviewed on Executive Leaders Radio

DP Partner Georgette Miller joined the co-hosts of Executive Leaders Radio, Herb Cohen, Erica Chatman, and Nikki Iadarola, to share more about her background and the lessons she’s learned throughout her career in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

Along with Georgette, the episode’s guests include Dennis Okema, Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at SEI; Nikki Lang, Head of Diversity, Equity and Belonging and Bimbo Bakeries; and Ernestine Chambers, President and CEO of UpSkill etc.

Georgette’s interview starts 55 seconds into the show. She discusses her upbringing in Jamaica, the importance of diverse representation in law, and her plans for the future.

As a Black female equity partner, representation is incredibly important to Georgette. “Kids that are coming up need to see that this is possible, that someone who looks like me, sounds like me, and is my size can become an equity partner in a large law firm,” she said. “Seeing someone like me in the position I’m in is something they can look forward to.”
