Dilworth’s Marc Feller to Speak at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s Annual Conference and Trade Show on September 12

Marc Feller, Dilworth Partner and Chair of the Public Finance Group, will be a speaker on “Monetization of Authorities”, from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on Tuesday, September 12 at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s Annual Conference and Trade Show, which will be held at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. The event begins on Sunday, September 10, and ends on Wednesday, September 13.

Authorities are increasingly finding themselves in the middle of new and difficult discussions with their creating municipalities. Financial stresses on municipal budgets have communities exploring their options to “monetize” their authority assets. What does this really mean? A panel of financial, utility, and legal consultants will explore the scenarios authorities are facing and provide key questions communities need answered if faced with these challenges.
