Dilworth Paxson’s James Landgraf to Speak at Burlington County Bar Association CLE Program on January 23

Dilworth attorney James Landgraf will be a speaker at a Burlington County Bar Association CLE program titled “Application of the Consumer Fraud Act in the Construction Project” on Tuesday, January 23 from 4:30 – 6:45 PM.

Topics to be covered:

• Consumer Fraud Basics: statutes; case law examples; public policy concerns
• Defenses/Protections
• Other equally terrifying words: negligent misrepresentation; declination of
• insurance coverage

The program will be held on the third floor in Courtroom 2 of the County Office Building, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey and offers 2.4 New Jersey CLE credits.
