Dilworth Paxson Represents Nerd Street Gamers in its Recently Announced Transactions

On October 10, 2019, Nerd Street Gamers announced a partnership with Philly-based retailer Five Below, revealing a plan to build 3,000 square foot Localhost spaces connected to Five Below stores nationwide starting in 2020 and the close of its $12 million Series A Financing round, led by Five Below Inc.

Dilworth attorneys, including Gray Laub, Tiana Walters, Angie Yannaris, Simon Bord and Max Campbell, represented Nerd Street Gamers in connection with the transactions as well as in prior financing transactions.
