Jennifer Platzkere Snyder will be presenting a program at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) A Day on Employment Law titled “Ethics in Employment Law: The New #MeToo Frontier” on Thursday, September 20 from 1:30 – 2:30 PM.
This interactive presentation will address some of the key ethical issues that arise while counseling clients concerning employment law matters, with an eye to new considerations arising in the #MeToo era related to investigations and negotiations of settlement agreements.
The Pennsylvania Bar Institute has assembled some of the best topics from the Employment Law Institute 2018 event. PBI brought together an unparalleled panel of speakers equipped to provide guests with the updates and break down the critical information. They will also address the real implications of why these topics matter for the attendees and their clients.
