Dilworth Paxson LLP Welcomes Yonit A. Caplow to Firm’s Philadelphia Office

October 27, 2017 (Philadelphia, PA) – Dilworth Paxson LLP is pleased to welcome Yonit A. Caplow as an associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency department.

Yonit is an experienced attorney who focuses her practice on all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganization. She has represented various Chapter 11 stakeholders, including debtors, secured creditors, and equity holders, in bankruptcy court proceedings and in out-of-court restructurings.

Prior to joining Dilworth, Yonit worked in the bankruptcy group of a Vault top 10 international law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.

Yonit received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University.
