Dilworth Adds Litigation Attorney Peter Bryant

Dilworth Paxson LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Bryant to the firm’s Cherry Hill office, as an Partner in the litigation department.

Peter’s practice areas focus on civil and appellate litigation.  He has extensive experience with construction defect matters, complex commercial litigation, defamation claims, and violations of the False Claims Act.

In his construction defect practice, he has achieved full repair and remediation of defective homes for dozens of homeowners.  Additionally, Peter has been recognized for his appellate work, including Adams v. Hellings Builders, Inc., in which he persuaded the Superior Court that second-purchasers of residential real estate should be entitled to bring claims against builders for violation of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.  

Peter earned his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law – Camden, where he graduated with cum laude distinction. He also received his M.A. from Rutgers – Camden and his B.A. from The George Washington University.
