Dilworth Adds Litigation Attorney Jessica Titler-Lingle

July 25, 2019 (Philadelphia, PA) – Dilworth Paxson LLP announced today the addition of associate Jessica Titler-Lingle to the firm’s Litigation Department.

Jessica focuses her practice on complex and commercial litigation and represents individual, institutional, and corporate clients in a variety of contexts, including commercial fraud claims, securities litigation, shareholder oppression lawsuits, ERISA litigation, products liability litigation, commercial torts, and contract disputes. She is an experienced class action litigator, having prosecuted ERISA, securities, data breach, and products liability class actions across a wide range of industries.

She received her BA from University of Pittsburgh and JD from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
