Lee, who previously practiced with Miller at Margolis Edelstein, holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania and JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and focuses on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also has expertise in loan modifications, mortgage foreclosures, reverse mortgages, homeowner association litigation, and taxes.

“In the world of lateral hiring, one rarely finds two lawyers already together practicing together who are such a perfect fit with Dilworth’s culture and its commitment to legal excellence and diversity,” said Dilworth Chairman Larry McMichael. “From the moment that I met Georgette, I knew that she and Michelle would be a great match with our team at Dilworth. Because of their well-earned reputation in the Philadelphia and New Jersey legal community, Georgette and Michelle represent one of the most important and significant lateral moves in legal community this year.”

“There is no other firm in Philadelphia other than Dilworth, where I could bring both my Bankruptcy and Real Estate Practices and they fit so seamlessly,” said Georgette Miller. The lawyers at Dilworth are fantastic and my team is welcomed and supported, I can’t think of a better platform.”
