Client Seminar on September 27: “Your Aging Workforce: Helping Your Company Succeed Beyond Mere HR-Compliance”
As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Age Discrimination Employment Act (ADEA), the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is determined to make the ADEA “more relevant than ever.” And if the EEOC is talking about a particular compliance area, employers should be listening. Dilworth Paxson Partner Eric Meyer, joined by a member of the EEOC, will address the state of the law so that attendees will better understand the EEOC’s enforcement priorities on age-related matters.
Additionally, in this session you will:
- Obtain best practices for limiting liability at work;
- Learn how to incorporate age into an employer’s diversity and inclusion strategies; and
- Improve recruitment, training, and retention efforts focused on older workers.
Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Director of Compliance Services Scott Wham, J.D., will also discuss the current state of health care reform at the top of the program.
This has been approved for 1.5 HRCI and SHRM credits, and 2 Substantive CLE credits.
