About the Speakers

Eric B. Meyer is a partner at Dilworth Paxson. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and Chair of the #SocialMedia Practice Group. Eric also publishes The Employer Handbook (www.TheEmployerHandbook.com), which the ABA Journal recognizes as a top labor and employment law blog. In addition to being a frequent lecturer around the country, among other outlets, Meyer has been quoted in ABCNews.com, NBCSports.com, AMEX’s Small Business Open Forum, Inc. Magazine, Business Insurance, Entrepreneur, Mashable.com, The Wall Street Journal, and the British tabloids. Eric serves as a volunteer mediator for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 

Since joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Scott Wham has dedicated his time to gaining a comprehensive understanding of how Health Care Reform impacts employers of various sizes. Scott spearheads Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Health Care Reform compliance consulting initiatives. Scott regularly meets with employers to provide insights into the regulatory landscape and solutions for compliance risks posed by The Affordable Care Act.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU) where he serves as Legislative Chair. As Legislative Chair, Scott is tasked with coordinating state-level lobbying efforts on behalf of the region’s health insurance industry. Scott is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters’ (NAHU) Principal’s Council where he lobbies for advancements in national health policy. He is a member of the faculty at Villanova University, where he teaches a graduate course on trends in employee benefits.
