Anne Aaronson Elected Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy

Dilworth Paxson LLP partner Anne Aaronson has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy (ACB), an exclusive worldwide organization of less than 1,000 bankruptcy professionals across Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Fellowship in the college is by invitation only, offered to exceptional lawyers who are experts in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency and who have demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, professional expertise, and leadership. College Fellows are recognized for their sustained record of achievement and significant contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice.

Bankruptcy has always been one of Dilworth’s preeminent practices,” said Dilworth Chairman Larry McMichael. “Anne’s election as a fellow of the College after a rigorous and multiyear selection process is a great tribute to her and to the Firm.”

Aaronson’s practice focuses on business litigation, including bankruptcy and reorganization, out-of-court workouts, contract and corporate governance disputes, and providing true sale and non-consolidation opinions to clients involved in certain financial transactions. She serves on the Steering Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and is the immediate past-President and on the Board of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project.

The official induction of the Thirty-fourth (34th) Class of Fellows will take place in Washington, D.C. on Friday, March 24, 2023.
