Overview

Sean previously spent approximately 25 years in public service as a member of the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office. In that capacity, he worked in several different areas of litigation and held a variety of titles, ultimately reaching the position of Trial Director. In his years of public service, Sean specialized in litigation of challenging and complicated cases. In addition to his experience at the Prosecutor’s Office, Sean served as an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University Criminal Justice Program for several years. Sean has been a panelist/ lecturer for several educational programs produced by the State and local Bar Associations. Sean has been a frequent instructor at the Monmouth Police Academy. Sean previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Leonard N. Arnold, P.J.Cr. (Somerset). Sean holds the distinction of being a Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer. That certification recognizes Sean’s experience, skill, and his reputation among his peers.

Sean earned his B.A. in English (Honors Program- Honors with Distinction; Phi Beta Kappa) from Rutgers University. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University, Newark.

Sean is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a Trustee of the Monmouth County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Order of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh.
