Katherine Neff is an associate in the Firm’s Municipal and Public Finance Departments. She assists senior attorneys with matters involving state and local government, redevelopment, and public financing. Katherine is valued for her attention to detail and her ability to contribute research and drafting that help the team address complex issues efficiently.

Katherine developed her interest in municipal and public finance law while studying at Seton Hall University School of Law, where she completed a concentration in intellectual property law and participated in student organizations, including the Women’s Law Forum, St. Thomas More Society, and Intellectual Property Law Association. Her coursework and experiences provided exposure to subjects ranging from contract procurements to land use and redevelopment, as well as how state and local entities collaborate to finance public education.

Katherine’s academic and extracurricular work strengthened her ability to analyze regulatory frameworks and work effectively with diverse groups. She approaches her role with a balance of technical precision and an awareness of how legal decisions affect communities, qualities she continues to develop as part of the municipal and public finance team.
