Overview

Christian handles a wide variety of cases in the Firm’s Litigation group, both in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on diverse and complex civil cases, including litigation avoidance strategies, resolution of contractual disputes, and defending insurance-related matters. He also serves clients at all stages of litigation, including fact-finding, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and appeals.

Prior to joining the Firm, Christian was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., and Honorable Colleen M. Flynn, P.J.Cr. At the N.J. Appellate Division, he researched, drafted, and edited opinions on a broad array of legal subjects, including criminal, civil, and administrative matters. At the Law Division, Christian drafted bench memoranda on post-conviction relief claims, Graves Act appeals, and criminal sentence reconsiderations.

At Rutgers Law School, Christian was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Karen M. Williams, U.S.D.J. He was also a teaching assistant and editor-in-chief of a distinguished law journal. He committed over 100 hours of pro bono service and held various leadership roles at the law school.
