Andrew Holland is an associate in Dilworth Paxson’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group. He supports clients in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation and related disputes by providing thorough legal research, strategic analysis and persuasive written advocacy. Andrew works across a broad range of matters, helping client teams evaluate complex legal issues, develop effective strategies and advance client objectives. His combination of litigation experience and business perspective allows him to approach legal challenges with both analytical rigor and practical judgment.

Andrew’s practice is rooted in understanding not only the legal issues at hand, but also the practical considerations that influence successful outcomes. He contributes to matters involving bankruptcy, employment and environmental claims, as well as creditor representation, with an emphasis on developing clear, well-supported legal arguments that strengthen the client’s position. His experience in moot court, legal scholarship and complex research enables him to distill challenging legal issues into practical guidance that helps clients make informed decisions throughout the course of a matter.

Before joining Dilworth, Andrew gained firsthand insight into bankruptcy litigation as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jerrold N. Poslusny Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and later worked with a national creditors’ rights practice representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings across the country. Earlier in his career, he worked as an IT consultant with a Big Four accounting and professional services firm, giving him a practical understanding of business operations, technology and organizational challenges. Together, these experiences allow Andrew to contribute a well-rounded perspective to client matters, helping legal teams identify practical solutions that align with both legal strategy and business realities. While attending Temple University Beasley School of Law, Andrew served on the Editorial Board of the Temple Law Review, was Editor in Chief of the Political and Civil Rights Law Society and competed on Temple’s Moot Court team, experiences that further strengthened his research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
