Alexander J. Kaczynski

Overview

Alex Kaczynski is an Associate in the Corporate Department. He counsels public and private companies on all matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and other general transactional matters.

Alex developed an interest in corporate and transactional law while serving as a student attorney in Villanova’s Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where he helped a locally owned small business in developing base contracts for their business and organize ownership and management in a way that allowed them to take advantage of certain government programs and contracts.
