Overview
Max Campbell counsels public and private companies on all matters related to corporate governance, securities regulation, and mergers and acquisitions. Whether involved in business litigation or a commercial transaction, Max brings an attention to detail to each matter, to ensure that clients achieve their goals.
Max developed an interest in corporate law while serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Christopher J. Burke of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. While in law school, Max argued to defend a company in a securities class action in the 59th Annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition, placing in the Quarterfinals of a thirty-team pool.
Max has worked with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project to exonerate innocent individuals in the Philadelphia area that have been wrongfully convicted of crimes.
Max earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
