Dilworth Paxson is looking for assistance with a short-term project. The candidate would be exposed to the firm’s plaintiffs’ rights group and will be primarily engaged in the discovery process on significant class action and Delaware derivative litigation involving major companies. The theories of liability range from fraud, corporate mismanagement, consumer protection, qui tam, RICO, among other areas of law. We will train law students to understand and appreciate the basic evidentiary building blocks of a case.

This unpaid position may be eligible for an externship/school credit program, subject to the discretion of the individual’s law school.
