Corporate Associate

Dilworth Paxson LLP, a mid-size regional law firm, headquartered in Philadelphia, is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate attorney with 2-6 years’ experience to join the Firm’s Corporate Group. The ideal candidate will have large or mid-size law firm experience with a background in general corporate work, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and governance.  This position presents an opportunity to work in a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary practice and for a firm that is focused on innovation and targeted business development strategies.
