Dilworth Paxson LLP, a mid-size regional law firm, headquartered in Philadelphia, is seeking a senior associate/junior partner level attorney with a minimum of 10 years’ experience to join the Firm’s corporate and business group. The ideal candidate will have large or mid-size law firm experience and a background in handling loan transactions on behalf of lending institutions. This position presents an opportunity to work in a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary transactional practice and for a firm that is focused on innovation and targeted business development strategies.
