Dilworth Paxson announced today the addition of Kenneth Andrew Rich to the corporate practice, resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
“We are excited to have Ken join us, and continue the Dilworth tradition of great lawyering,” says newly-elected Dilworth Paxson Chairman Larry McMichael. “The addition of lawyers with the experience and credentials like Ken’s is exactly the kind of growth that we are targeting.”
Kenneth focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and acquisition financing and working capital financing. He regularly advises corporate and private equity clients on syndicated institutional loans and revolving credit facilities.
Prior to joining Dilworth, Kenneth was a finance associate at the New York law firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
Kenneth earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Missouri, graduating summa cum laude.
