This webinar will provide an overview of the 2010 amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-12. It will also focus on a number of common legal issues and related considerations relevant to these amendments. It will also discuss certain other recent SEC related developments regarding disclosure in the municipal securities markets.

The webinar will be informative and beneficial for governmental entities and conduit borrowers, as well as their management and advisors.
