Dilworth Partner Linda Dale Hoffa to Present CLE on Civility and Ethics at Third Annual Joint Seminar Program Masters of Litigation

October 29, 2019

Dilworth partner Linda Dale Hoffa will present a CLE on Civility and Ethics on Friday, November 1 at the third annual joint seminar program, Masters of Litigation, presented by Temple University Beasley School of Law and the American College of Trial Lawyers from 9 AM to 1:30 PM (lunch is included).  Mastery of litigation skills is the hallmark of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and Temple’s Advocacy Program. This 4 hour CLE, with one ethics credit and three substantive credits, will teach advanced advocacy skills.  Skills covered will include the art of non-verbal communication; a master class in opening statements; ethics and civility in the litigation process; and an hour on mastery of evidence law and persuasion. This is the third of what is an annual collaboration between the ACTL and Temple Advocacy.

Search Tips

Our Web site's search function employs a variety of techniques to help you make the most of your queries. In this tips section we use square brackets [ ] to signal queries, so [antitrust and litigation] is one query, while [antitrust] and [litigation] are two.

  • Exact phrases: Eliminate unnecessary search results by surrounding your search phrase with quotation marks. Placing ["project finance"] in quotes will return specific results and discard additional results that simply have the words "project" and "finance" peppered on a page.
  • Wildcard symbol: If you're not exactly sure how a piece of information you want is phrased, use the following symbol (*) as a word root expander. A search for [child*] will find not only "child," but also results with words like "children" and "childhood."
