Dilworth attorneys Thomas S. Wyatt, Marc A. Feller and Skye C.A. Nickalls will be presenters at a Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors program entitled “Is Selling Your Water/Wastewater Systems Right for Your Township?” on Wednesday, January 23. They will discuss the legal and practical implications of water/sewer system sales, as well as other options, from veterans of many of these transactions, as well as township officials who represented a number of municipalities in these sales, including several to municipal authorities and the first two Act 12 closings in the Commonwealth.

The program will be held in Chester County, West Whiteland Township, 101 Commerce Drive, Exton, PA  from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Three (3) PSATS Municipal Government Academy secondary credits will be offered.
